Your Are Not Alone
—— shared pain is half the pain

This blog can’t change your life.
But you can!

Understand Your Struggle
By getting a deep insight into other people struggles, their theories and solutions, you can save yourself some time in figuring out yourself. Some things, despite being inside us or a part of us, are tremendously difficult to fully grasp. We can be a mystery to ourselves.

Improve How You Feel
Many perspectives and reasons will be shared that you can copy and apply to yourself. Get instant relief for at least some pains. I am not promising you that you will become a deeply happy person, although possible, but you should find something that calms you down.

Even If Nothing Helps
Your will find company here. Share your pain if you want. I won’t try to invalidate or minimize your feelings. Sometimes theres something else, something much deeper than the problems themselves. Something that won’t leave and leave you no options. You are understood.

Why start a blog when ai is destilling the content to the search page?
Because I believe that not everybody wants what ai has to offer. AI is efficient, no doubt. But this blog is supposed to comfort and reassure people with deep running scars and wounds. This is something ai cannot really do, because no matter how eloquent and emotional written the answer might be, deep down we know that it is not a human or any feeling being that actually relates to us. It got programmed to fake emotions, to talk you out of negativity and to give logical solutions. I am not programmed, but just like you. So is anybody who can comment.

This is not just my personal blog. I want this to be a platform that has the capability to change people’s life. To twist it around 180 degrees on the spot. Immediately and permanently! This is not supposed to be about myself at all. I want strangers to be able to post as well and share their stories too. You never know if your story is not exactly that, which somebody desperately needed to hear.

perspective can change your life!
Why Perspective Matters
Perspective is one of the most important aspects of life to understand and use. This is not something passive, like you have a certain perspective on a certain topic, but an active skill, an ability for you to master. This is not just a powerful tool, but a fundamental pillar of your life. It is there – want it or not. Either you narrate your perspective, or it will narrate you!
Even if you are unable to use perspective to your advantage, it is invaluable for understanding yourself and digging down to the root of why you are suffering. Clearly some of this will seem like self-gaslighting and until you have a solid foundation to implement the positive context you’re giving, it might even be. And even if it is so, it does work for many folks. “Fake it till you make it!” – is the motto here.
If you show to be resistant to self-gaslighting, you’re either a tough nut or lack a solid foundation of reasoning and personal motivation to apply the perspective. The latter can be fixed… sometimes.
I have no money! That is a huge reason for my suffering!
The fact that being out of money is affecting me strongly. That means that I can perceive getting money as a reasonable and serious goal. This goal is a challenge and occupation, a direction that I firmly believe will improve my life! Goals motivate and give a feeling of direction – instead of feeling lost.
An accident left my body wrecked! I can’t live like that.
The fact that my body is crippled will leave me with no other choice but to focus on the virtual side of life. This might be a spritual journey, a scientific career, world-changing mental work or many other things. I should see this as a forced redirection by fate. A clear sign of how my life is supposed to unfold. My shifted focus drives me to confront my inner problems and struggles. Without that I might be distracting myself forever with physical nonsense and suffer certain problems my entire life.
The love of my life left me! I can’t live without that special one.
This breakup and the lack, the deep pain and sorrow, turn me colder and less empathic. Which are well-working traits when focusing on reaching my non-love-related life goals. If I don’t have any non-love-related life goals, this is my chance to consider my philosophy and my life experience to pick one. Maybe I want to make the world a place where it’s less likely that the love of my life would (have to) leave me.
Im ugly!
First of all – I find myself ugly. Being ugly is not really a fact; it’s a perspective-based conclusion. It’s not even fixed, for some people, this depends on the day or mood. Luckily, I won’t be able to procreate with myself, so the fact that I find myself ugly holds no biological importance.
It does affect my self-love, though, so that I am forced to look deeper at myself and really dig under the first layers of ideas that compose my self-love. Thus, it is driving me to explore myself more – a motivation so valuable that many lack.
